No Sugar Apple Crisp!

Happy Friday! Today I am sharing a recipe. Its no sugar apple crisp! It is hard to find no sugar desserts that taste good! I made up my own apple crisp without all those bad for you processed sugars.


Total cook time: 45 minutes Cool time: 5 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and peel the apples

Thinely slice them

Add filling ingredients, to apples and put in sprayed 9x13

Add oats and flour in medium size bowl

Melt butter in then add maple syrup and salt

Add melted butter mixture to oats and flour

Add crumble on top of apples

Cook for 30 mins at 350 degrees, then put foil on top for 15 mins. Cool for 5 mins. Best served warmed.

What you need for filling:

5 apples

2 Tblsp 100% all natural maple syrup (so that it has no sugar just natural sugars)

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg


Directions for filling:

1. Peel and slice apples into thin slices

2. Add all the ingredients for filling and mix together

3. Put apples in a sprayed 9x13 pan

4. Set aside


What you need for crumble:

3/4 flour

3/4 oats

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp 100% natural maple syrup

1 stick butter


Directions for crumb

1. In medium size bowl, mix together oats and flour

2. Melt butter in a small saucepan

3. Add maple syrup and salt to the butter and stir

4. Pour butter into bowl of oats and flours and stir

5. Now crumble the oat and flour mixture on top of apples

6. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 mins

7. After 30 mins, put foil on top and cook for another 15 mins

8. Cool for 5 mins. Best served warm
